AI Games Den
Terms of use
Effective 2026-09-15. Written in plain language on purpose.
AI Games Den is run by Brightwing Systems, LLC. These are the terms for using it. They are written to be read, and they are the whole agreement between you and us.
What the site is
A place to post games made with AI, to say how they were made, and to talk about that with other makers. We do not sell games and we never will. Every link to a game points to a store or a site that is not ours. We list some games we found in public before their makers arrive, marked as unclaimed.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to have an account. The site is not for children.
- One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is yours.
- Your display name and handle are public. Pick ones you are happy to have next to your work.
- We can close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close yours at any time by writing to support@aigamesden.com.
House rules
These are the rules for everything you post here: games, notes, comments, tool suggestions, claims and reports.
- Say what you used. Builder Notes are for honesty about which tools did what. Do not misrepresent how a game was made, and do not claim a game that is not yours.
- No tool-shaming, no drive-bys. Disagree with a choice, not with a person. Comments that exist to tell someone they should not be making games with AI, or to attack them for it, come down.
- No scores, no rankings. Props is the only reaction, and there is no counterpart to it.
- No spam, no ads. Posting a game, a tool or a comment to get a link is not what this is for. We use nofollow on member links until a maker is verified, and we remove listings made for links.
- Nothing illegal, nothing that targets a person. No harassment, no doxxing, no hate, no sexual content involving minors, nothing that infringes somebody else's rights.
- Talk to makers here, players elsewhere. Announcements, patch notes and sales belong on your store page.
Moderation is a person reading. We can hide or remove anything that breaks these rules, and we can suppress an account, an address or a listing from coming back. Where we can, we tell you why.
What you post
- You own what you post. You must have the right to post it: your own game, your own notes, art you made or are licensed to use.
- By posting you give us a licence to show it on the site, in feeds, in share cards, in email digests about the site, and in the site's search index, and to store it on our infrastructure for as long as it is on the site. That licence ends when you remove the content, apart from copies in caches and backups that expire on their own.
- Comments and props from other members on your game are theirs, but you can remove any comment on your own game page.
- Pictures and video you upload are stored and served from public addresses. Do not upload anything you would not want public.
Unclaimed listings, claims and removal
- We list some games from public sources, with a link back to where we found them and only art the maker has already published. These pages are marked unclaimed and are not indexed by search engines.
- If a listed game is yours, claim it from its page. Claims are checked, by a match we can verify or by a person. A false claim is grounds for removal from the site.
- If you want a listing of your game gone, use the take-down link on the page. Unclaimed listings come down after a basic check, usually the same day. If you own the page, you can take it down yourself with one click.
- Anyone can report anything on the site. Reports go to a person, never to the page.
Tools, sponsorship and affiliate links
Tool pages carry facts with a date. Where a tool page carries an affiliate link, or a listing is sponsored, the page says so. Neither changes what we write about the tool.
What we are responsible for, and what we are not
- The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it up and correct, and we do not promise that it always will be.
- Games, tools and everything posted by members are theirs, not ours. We do not check every claim on every page, and a link out of the site is somebody else's site.
- To the extent the law allows, Brightwing Systems, LLC is not liable for losses that come from using the site or from anything posted on it.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we say so on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
Where to write
